Waiting on Disney ROFR?

For those of you twho are waiting to hear if Disney will exercise its ROFR, I just heard last night from my agent that Disney did not. I will have 125 points at OKW. I signed the purchase agreement on 7-4-03 and heard back on 7-27-03. I bought at $71 per point, I'll pay the closing closes ($400) and 2003's maintenance fee ($436). I get all the banked points for 2003 use year (starts annual in Dec). and all points in subesequent years.

Hope this information is useful to those waiting or about to make an offer on resale.

Now, I need to start planning our first visit as a member.
