Waiting list question

I have a reservation at SSR for July/August. Well, it's actually three reservations. The first week crosses our use year, so it's split into two linked reservations. The second week, we move from a 2-bedroom to a studio. It's a third unlinked reservation.

I'd like to try (and I know it'll be a stretch) to change the first week from SSR to VWL at the 7 month point. I'm pretty sure this request will have to go on the waiting list.

Can I specify that I don't want the waiting list request unless they can give us the whole week (both linked reservations)? I'd rather not have to move more than once.

I thought I'd be able to answer my own question today -- my 7-month point. Fortunately, though, I didn't have to go on the waiting list at all. I was so tickled to find a 2-bdrm available at the Wilderness Lodge for my dates. (Happy dance!)

Good for you - that's the best possible outcome!

I hate the new waitlist process - just too many horror stories aboutr MS inputting them incorrectly so I am scared to use it, LOL.
