Waiting List for Grand Cali- What's The Chances?

I have waitlisted a one bedroom and a two bedroom at Grand Cali for mid June. What's the chance that I will actually get this reservation? I don't want to get my hopes up if the chance is super slim. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

If you are talking “Disney Vacation Club” waitlisting, depends on the amounts of nights trying for. Someone eventually wins the Lottery. Might as well be you. Stay positive but don’t count on it. Keep your day job.

On serious note. Continue checking on your own and search the HA stuff.

For how many nights? You might get lucky for 1-2 nights especially for a 1BR if you stalk and waitlist separate nights. Not impossible but any more than that you probably have a better chance of winning the lottery and just paying rack rates.

June also has a lower point chart vs July and August so naturally there'll be more demand.

If you're asking about waitlisting for a 1 or 2 BR villa at GCH and you're a DVC member, the answer is "it depends." Depends on:

• how many nights you want
• 1 BR will be easier to get than 2 BR
• 1 night easier than 2 nights. 3+ nights in a row probably impossible

Keep checking throughout the day. If you see any of the days you want, take them and adjust the wait-list.
