Waiting for ROFR!

We are currently waiting for the ROFR and if all goes well we will be closing at the end of April. We are excited to say the least. If everything goes as planned i may be able to request reservation by the end of May. We plan on visiting DW the first week in Nov. Can anyone provide me some insight of wether or not this request propsal is remotley possible since we are past the 7 months? 5 days BLT deluxe studio & 5 days BCV 1 dbrm.

For the first week in Novemeber between the TOT run and the Halloween parties and Christmas Parties and food and wine festival I would say that I doubt that you will get those rooms. You may be able to get BLT lakeview but the BCV I would say is probably out of the question- normally the few empty rooms at BWV and BCV fill up by 9am during the entire food and wine. I would plan on getting a room at AKL, OKW, or SSR and if you wait until midJune those may not even be available normally Columbus Day (Oct)weekend and Veteran's Day weekend (Nov) both fill by the end of June for all rooms.

Not good news but thank you for the reply. We were hoping to stay at the BCV or BWV since we have never stayed over there before. It appears thats difficult due to the food and wine festival. Thanks for the insight.
