No one knows Disney's formula for ROFR. Some think it's strictly price, but they have ROFRed contracts in the mid-to-upper 50s and let some contracts in the low 50s skate through.

It's a roll of the dice at this point, the longer you hear nothing from Disney, the better your odds of passing. Good luck.

There are other factors too - banked or borrowed points, who pays closing costs, dues, use year.

I just had a 100 pt contract get ROFR'd at $59 with 59 banked and 50 current points. It was my first contract for DVC, so I'm a little gun shy going any further. At the same time mine was taken back, a 200 pt contract passed for $50, so like the PP said, it's a role of the dice.

I had a 230 pt contract pass rofr this past summer for $50PP all 2012 pts going forward. Talking w/ my broker during the closing process I was informed that I lucked out as most of their OKW contracts submitted after mine were not passing at higher prices. It may or may not pass, but wishing you luck that you get it.
