Where were you Darlene? I had pictures for you from when we got our Scoop pins. I left around 6pm and it was still going on strong. That is my mom's pinbook that was left behind. I'll walk over sometime this week to pick it up. I think I traded more pins today than my last 4-5 trips to WDW and DL combined. A few more meets like that and I can be down to just collecting.

I've been home for a little over an hour and a half now. It was a smaller crowd than I am used to seeing there, but it was SO much fun. It was GREAT to see everyone again!! (Vince & Suzi, I left Trevor's lego car & guy there on the table)

I traded some pins, did a LOT of talking, and saw some familiar faces and a few new ones. I unfortunately didn't show up until 2 hours after the meet started (it was KathiwithanI's fault--just ask her ) so I missed out on Bingo--they were in the middle of playing it as I arrived--but I did get a cute door prize for Trevor (thanks again you two!)

Vince, I loved the new stuff!

Meet just ended! Had a great time! Have to get to some early flights tomorrow so I can't go into everything right now. I have some pictures too that I will try to get up really soon! Thanks everyone for a great time!

I just got home. Not a bad flight from Baltimore to Providence.

Dom--we looked for you at the airport this morning. Hope you made it in time.

Darlene--we missed you. Sorry you couldn't make it.

It was a lot of fun!! It was great to see everyone and have Vince's Famous "Meetballs".

Met some new traders....always nice to look at other people's pins.

I was on the plane by 9:20. I looked for you guys, not sure when you got there, and told security to watch out for 2 women carrying bags of metal pins. Had a GREAT time. The smaller #'s made nice for talking and getting to know people. Thanks Vince and Suzi for another great meet!

I don't remember what time we began saying good-bye.....but we didn't walk out the door until about 10:30 PM.

Had a super time!

Traded lots of pins.
DH won 1/3 of Bingo --he was <b>so </b>happy about this!
DD drove Pincruiser (Jennifer) nuts for about an hour because she wanted to trade for the Lilo & Stitch surfboard auction pin.
Visually confirmed that JamesD's Linda is back to her old self!
Pin-scouted for Ruthie (RAMVA) so we could reduce her elapsed trading time to two hours per pin. (Although it took her four hours to trade just one pin to me. )
And, overall, had a grand time!

What Sue Ellen MEANT to say was SHE made ME late! Some nonsense about her sister-in -law showing up just as she was ready to leave! ( Yeah, I'm buying THAT one!) Then you should try and go shopping with her! SHould I buy it? Should I not! I was finally on the team with her kids "We're hungry, just buy it!!" LOL

Had an absolute blast at Vince and Suzi's once I finally got there! ( even though Sue Ellen left me in the dust on the freeway trying to get there!!)

Completed one pin set from 2001 YEAH!!!!!! and added to my state pin collection!-- I think I have 28 of them now LOL

It was SO NICE to see everyone again!

Got home about 12:30AM--- my 5 hr drive was a little longer than usual as I missed a turn about 1/2 an hour from my own home ( DUH!)

Can't wait for next time!

Oh and Sue Ellen..... there is a Pizza Hut at exit 4 on the VA side of the NC/VA line.. let's do lunch!

First thing I need to say, is
"Leslie, we did not make Debbie take the metro back to her hotel"!

Debbie was actually very brave to let me take her home, but was confident that with Vince's directions in hand, she could keep me from getting lost!! And actually, it was a snap, and we both got home safe and sound!

Thanks, Suzi and Vince for another super fun day, meeting old friends, making new ones, having great food, fun, and great trades too. If everyone is honest they will admit that I was much more "time" efficient in my trading than usual!

Lisa and Kathie, it was especially great to see you again, and I so look forward to the next time we can get together. Dom, it was great to see you too! Thanks everybody for the trades--even worked on getting my pins back together tonight!! Ready for the next one!!!

Okay, now I've seen Dom at too many of these meets at Vince & Suzi's to believe he doesn't live in Maryland or VA

And Kathi--left you in my dust huh? If you hadn't have been so intently talking on the phone you might have seen me pull into the gas station and then not gotten lost and so far behind Oh, wait, if you can get lost a 1/2 hour from home, you can get lost anywhere. hehehehehehe Oh, and yes, shopping with me can be an experience. At least I didn't take as long as usual in the Catalog Outlet

Debbie, it was great to see you again, and somewhere other than WDW this time.

Lisa and ~Kathie, glad I could help with the TB&D pins...I've got my eyes peeled for those few pins you are missing.

SueEllen, sorry I couldn't talk longer, but we needed to get back to Columbia to see townhouses for Denna and David. We only had two hours for the meet. I wish we could have stayed longer.

I am so jealous! sounds like everyone had a great time. I plan on being at the next one with new baby in tow! I spent Sunday at the Hershey Spa getting a pre-natal massage and pedicure (not as relaxing as pin trading with you all--but pretty close!!!) less than four weeks left!!!!! woohoo!
