I LOVE the Muppets too! I think it's great how the movies are funny to both children and adults--the universal appeal is very Disney-esque. Muppets Take Manhattan is my favorite of the movies! I wasn't a big fan of Muppet Treasure Island, but I did like Muppets in Space a lot. I do hope that Disney helps revive the Muppets.

My daughter used to come running into the living room when she heard the show start, she'd yell "it's the Muppets mommy, the Muppets are on mommy!" with a lisp...it's still very fresh in my memory although that was 8 years ago now.

BRING BACK THE MUPPETS! My 6 y/o has never seen the show.

Actually, when visiting MGM for the first time, when we saw Muppet's 3D, and I looked up, laughed, and said "look, it's Statler and Waldorf!" My 8 yr old DS was amazed that I knew who they were "but we just got here!"

One of my favorite memories is being at my grandparents' house and watching John Denver and the Muppets Christmas Special. They had videotaped it, but it was back when beta was the "thing". Does anyone know where I could get that program on video?
