Waiting 2 hours to try and transfer my bank points to RCI

What the heck is going on. ON the phone for 2 hours trying to send my banked points to RCI- For 3 weeks kept calling and a recording kept saying call back, finally it put us on hold today. How can DVC tell me that I cannot use points or I lose them when you cannot get your act together and answer the phones. Hire more people already or provide another way for members to send bank points to RCI and not wait hours on the phone. I want someone to contact me in management this is not acceptable. I cannot wait on the for hours to do this simple task and will need to hang up and have to start all over another day- PATHETIC

Not good, but this has been the norm for quite a while.
Had a similar issue with points and was on hold for 90 minutes. Put it on speaker and went about my business.
 
Send emails to member satisfaction, member relations and even Terri Shultz. Every time you encounter an unacceptable wait..however you define it..for me, more than 20 to 30 right now is not okay.

I hope you got them moved. But, with time sensitive things there should be another way
