What the heck is going on. ON the phone for 2 hours trying to send my banked points to RCI- For 3 weeks kept calling and a recording kept saying call back, finally it put us on hold today. How can DVC tell me that I cannot use points or I lose them when you cannot get your act together and answer the phones. Hire more people already or provide another way for members to send bank points to RCI and not wait hours on the phone. I want someone to contact me in management this is not acceptable. I cannot wait on the for hours to do this simple task and will need to hang up and have to start all over another day- PATHETIC
