Wait Times?

Is there a way to find out wait times like the apps for Disney?

For example....

a slow day means the wait for minion mayhem is__________
a busy day mean the wait is_______________

I just saw today that touring plans has started a new universal site like their disney one. Right now it is in test mode (free!!!) but will be full release by mid to end month. They are also going to have a universal touring app like lines and touring plans for US and IOA. Should be released very soon. I had a couple on my Android phone. I think it was undercover tourist maybe. They were updated daily and showed you distances to a particular ride, etc. Type in Universal in your search and a couple will come up. I think it had a turtle on it. It was free and was pretty close to being accurate as well. It also allowed you to put in your actual wait time when at a ride to help others.

I don't recall if it had advanced planning though.
