With wait times it really does depend. If you go in the morning than you probably will be able to ride most of the rides without a problem. However as the time goes on there will be problems. Around noon most of the major attractions such as Soarin, Test Track, EE, etc will be atleast 60 in not closer to 90. I was in WDW two weeks ago and at one point in the afternoon the wait time for RnR was over 110 minutes. Your best bet for the shortest times is either to go in the mornings before the crowds arrive or if you are staying at a WDW resort take adavatage of the EMH at night. There are far fewer people then especially at the MK. The weather will most likely be in the 90s during the day and low 70s at night. Right now today in Tampa it is 84, so expect warm weather.
