Wait times for MS 800 number?

Trying to avoid long hold times, but I need to speak with MS and can't just use the DVC website. Anyone know what the best times to call MS are? Should I wait a week or two (after the parks open maybe) for it to be easier? Thanks.

Call right as they open--start dialing about 5 minutes early or right before they close....that has worked best for us.

I called today about 3:00 and waited around 20 minutes. CM was great. Good luck!

Called this afternoon and it was a 16 minute hold.

I have sat through a 35 and 45 min wait. One of them there was a technical issue so I was on the phone for almost 2 hours.

Just put the phone on speaker and off to the side.

You can try calling early but in the end don't stress just call and do other things while waiting (like watch TV or clean).

I am wondering if it will be easier (or tougher) after July 11, 2020...

I’d assume once things settle and get back on track, it will get better again. People are still canceling and changing dates because of everything going on.
