Wait times for Dumbo

We want to ride Dumbo, but only if the wait times are reasonable (20 minutes or so?). Since that ride's capacity was doubled a few years ago, what are the usual wait times? Would it be a waste of a fast pass? I'm thinking of switching a FP for Enchanted Tales. Thanks!

If you have any young children, they will enjoy the inside playground while you wait- if there is a wait.

In December we were able to get FP for Dumbo as our fourth or subsequent FP after we used our first three.
