Is everything a walkon from 10pm-Midnight every time the park is open until Midnight? I think alot of people leave after the fireworks.

we spent 3 nights last june in the parks until midnight and what we noticed was it gets really empty. Some rides were almost walkon, or with very short waits, Alice, Dumbo, Teacups, etc., but we wait about 35 minutes for Nemo and maybe about the same for Peter Pan. Due to the time change we loved the late nights and they worked great for us. Problem was we never woke up early enough until the 4th day and then we realized early morning was way less crowded then late at night (which we thought was great). So to make a long story short, in my opinion, although late at night is great, I think early morning is much better :)

There will still be lines - at least - for Finding Nemo, Indiana Jones, Peter Pan and Space Mountain.

On very busy days, it's also not unusual to find lines for Alice in Wonderland, Dumbo and the Matterhorn.

Most everything else does become a walk-on.

Splash Mountain becomes so deserted that its not uncommon to be able to ride twice in a row and Pirates is so empty that a request for a "private boat" might very well be honored.

So this doesn't apply to summer as much as it does to fall/winter/spring. In the summer, the mix of crowds is more out-of-town than local, and out-of-towners tend to stay late. Also, on Friday nights are the busiest - local APs often not blocked out, so locals come after work for the evening, as opposed to Saturdays when local APs are often blocked and Sundays when locals have school/work the next day.

It seems to me that there's always a 30-minute wait for PP unless you get there immediately after the rope drop. I've been there quite late -- till midnight, at times -- and there's still quite a long line.
