Wait time has improved!

When I called yesterday to make ME reservations for a split stay with multiple people, airlines, I was pleasantly surprised to have the phone answered immediately!

Possibly just luck. Tried calling a little eearlier today and told 12 minute wait (which I could not do).

I called at 3:30 today to modify a reservation and the wait time was only 8 minutes. Two weeks ago I had an even shorter wait when I called.

This is good news as a few months ago the wait times was well over 30 minutes.

Only a 2 minute wait time today! We are buying PAP vouchers.
