Yesterday was a holiday and MS was closed. That's part of it.

Also, this is the 7 month window for many schools' spring break periods.

Since Easter is 4/12/2009, expect MS phones to be quite busy for the next couple of weeks.

Ah ha that is true. I need to figure out my June dates so I can book at my home resort now. We are on the fence about June/July. I want to be on our way home on July 1st. Just another Disney related TO DO. LOL

Umm... I called at 1:30PM CST and was only on hold for 2-3 minutes

called again 1pm, much easier time

I got lucky I guess- called at 9am, was making my res at 9:01, AND got a GV at HHIR Aug2-7!

I called twice yesterday. Once was late morning the other was early afternoon. Both times I waited 15 minutes.
