Wait time for Beaches & Cream

how long is the typical wait for dinner at the end of September? we are looking at hours or just a normal 15-20 minute wait??

We were there the second week of August for lunch and we had a 40min. wait. It is very small, I would imagine a 30+ wait most of the time.

Expect long waits particularly at traditional lunch and dinner times. It was very difficult for us to find a time when we could eat there and we were staying at BC at the time. It is crazy small inside!! Very yummy ice cream and good burgers but they really need to make this place larger.

so hungry children after a long day of park touring......probably not the best restaurant to choose? hmmmm i'll see if I can schedule it for our arrival night.

I think it must be easier to get in for lunch. I was there last week (a very crowded spring break week) and we walked up at 12:45 and sat down immediately. By the time we left, the place was empty. I was shocked especially since it was a hot, sunny day and there were lots of people at the pool. The only thing I could think of was that at lunch, there are more people in the parks and less people at the resorts.

We've eaten there a few times and found if you get there before 12:30 or between 4:00 and 5:30 you should have no or a very short wait (<20 minutes).

good to know about lunch time! Depending on our arrival time.....maybe we'll hit it up for lunch!

We're staying there at the BC in October and hope to have lunch there before heading to the Halloween Party. Since they don't take reservations, do they give you a pager/beeper after you sign in ... so can you get on a list then head back to the pool area until a table is ready? Do they have a carry out option for Beaches and Cream? Don't want to be late for the Halloween party!
