Wait time and photo pass question

We will be going to Sea World next week, probably on Friday. I am trying to finalize planning my day now that the show times are posted. Unfortunately I will miss the sea lions show and night time Shamu show. I have the dining plan purchased for our family and almost everything I've read tells me to go to the Antarctica ride first so that is our current plan and then dh would like to go on the rides.

My 2 questions are:
-What are the wait times like for the various rides? My dh and ds are planning to ride everything and I would like to know what wait times other guests experienced for the various rides. It would be helpful to know what time of year you experienced the waits too.

-Does Sea World have ride photos? The only photo information I could find was a photo and frame deal, but it looks like it's a photo with Shamu and not on rides? Do they have a photo deal like Universal and WDW where you get all of your ride photos on one account?

We were there last week and the wait times for most rides outside of the Kid rides were 45+ min. The flute ride was a little longer than the coasters.

The Empire of the Penguins line was a steady 50+ minutes the entire time.

Sea World was our sleep in day, so we arrived around lunch time.

The kid area rides were 15 min or less.
