Wait listing a value 2 bedroom?

11 months out, I got a value 2 bedroom at AKV for 4 friends and myself. Since then, we realize how lucky we were in picking the dates, and 2 friends have actually decided to go down a day earlier and make their own accommodations for the extra night because I had already bought my air for the original 5 nights. I'm willing to change my air only if I can get the same accommodations for the additional night. A value 2 bedroom is not available, but a 1 bedroom is. If I take the 1 bedroom, can I get the studio part added on for the other days, so I do not have to move? I think not, but hope I can. I have put in a 2 bedroom value wait list request.

They would be 2 separate reservations and the room assigner would process your request not to move but it isn't guaranteed and it's only a request.

One thing to consider is that 8 out of the 18 possible value studios are dedicated units.

Maybe but not guaranteed. I have waitlisted a value 2BR in the past and gotten it so it's not impossible and if the 1BR side is currently available all you need is the studio to open up.

OK, good to know you got it one, once! I check every day, and I do have a waitlist.
