Wait List??????????

We are on the wait list for December. Just wondering if you have to call member services to check the status. This is the first time we have been on a waitlist and we are not sure how this works. Would appreciate any info.

I've had two witlist experiences this month. 2 weeks ago I called for a late Oct reservation and ended up waitlisting all 4 resorts. This was in the morning. I called back that afternoon to make another reservation and asked about the first one and there was availabilty at OKW, my third choice. I took it but stayed on for BWV and BCV. I didn't get picked up for the waitlist but there was availability. I called back yesterday to see if there was anything at the 2 resorts and they told me my I had been reconfirmed to BWV the day before. So the waitlist worked that time. The only thing is, they were supposed to call me first but they did it automatically. Not a problem though. I'm still on for BCV but am definitely happy with BWV.
