Wait list Q with multiple UY/contracts

I should know this, but it's been a while since I have used the WL....

If I am requesting a waitlist and I check "don't borrow" it should pull from contracts that have points available, and should use banked rather than current points, right?

I have one contract that has more than enough banked points, so if the WL fills, it would be best to use those points. and I *think* that's the contract I selected from the toggle menu when I did the search....

Correct, it will not borrow unless you authorize it. I have learned, though, to take a screenshot of the last page when you set up the waitlist showing that you do not want to borrow, just in case.

Once you leave that page, there is no where to show that is what you requested, and there have been a few reports that MS did borrow when they were told not to, so I know make sure I have proof it is what I chose as an option.

ETA: And, if you just set up that waitlist, and didn't do that, I might cancel and do it again...if its been in place for a while, then I would not.

You can see the member number on the waitlist. The waitlist doesn't let you pick a contract, just a member number. Then you can call and have them shuffle points between your contracts.

They pull the points in order of the contracts for a waitlist after it uses banked or borrowed points in the account.
