Wagon Ride vs Carriage Ride vs Trail Ride

We're going at the end of January, so I imagine wagon rides in the dark will be kinda boring, right? No holiday lights. Are carriage rides available earlier in the day? For sight-seeing, which of these 3 would be the most interesting?

If it was me, I'd do the carriage ride. I always got a kick out of them when I was in New Orleans and it seems like a pleasant jaunt around the resort.

With the trail ride, you ride the horse in a row with someone leading and someone following so you can't get off the course. There's not much to see. Unless they have changed it since the last time we did the trail ride.
