Waah - SWA doesn't like Philly

After looking at the Ding today, I don't think SWA likes Philly anymore. I think every city SWA flies to is on the Orlando list - EXCEPT Philly.

I booked a flight for the end of April months ago. I am still paying 217 RT to MCO (4/25 - 4/29). This is way more than I have paid in years.

Oh well, I should be glad I always got deals before.

i am from teh area as well and i got 49 dollar 1 way so 117 round trip. the 49 rate still stands on the day you leave. i did not the 49 as a ding just a sale price. Keep watching for sales to open up. we leave May 6th

I think maybe they liked Philly too much when the schedule first opened up thru Aug. There were $49 flights thru the entire summer.
I am patiently waiting for the schedule to open up to August 29.

I got $49 ow sale fares for third week of May from PHL a few months ago and then about a month ago, I got a Ding for $34 for our return flight only, so I'm sitting on a credit for a few bucks that I'll use towards our January trip!!

I just checked your dates and they have a bunch of times open for $49 going from Philly to Orlando, coming home there aren't a lot of times available at all and from my experience it seems like even if they were to offer a DING unless a bunch of people changed their times nothing would probably open up anyway. Could you just change your flight going down? Would that save you something?

you beat me to posting it ; PIT has dropped to $120 1 way for end of June; few bucks here & there - every little bit helps.

You still have a few weeks left for a great ding fare! For our Feb. trip I had a sales rate of $59.00 for one way and $99.00 fares on the way back. I kept patiently waiting and also thought I was out of luck when two days before we leave Ding fares of $44.00 came up and I snapped them up!!!!

Same problem from Phoenix! I thought it was every city except Phoenix It now costs more one-way, than it did last year at this time for a round trip on sale. Hope you get a ding!

It's not like they don't like a particular city, it's just that they don't need to fill seats on those flights. They offer dings when they have empty seats. If they are not offering them, or not offering them at a good price, it's because they don't need to. I think it's too late to expect good prices for flights in 3 weeks.

Hey - we are flying out of Philly the same day!! I agree with the others that there are still 49.00 fares to be had on the SW site - I highly recommend you look at them!!
