VWL points to rent @ $12 pp - pls read

Hi,

UPDATE: I have rented all but 4 of the points I had planned to rent.
In order to rent out the last points, I am looking for someone who needs a one night studio rental. I will make up the needed points from next year's points. Send me a message if you are interested.

I have rented here several times in the past and each time with great results.

Yes, the resorts I have listed are just the "home" resorts. Home resort points may be used at the home resort 11 months out. The points can also be used to book a stay at any other DVC resort, but only 7 months out. Disney does this to give owners priority at their home resort.

I searched for 2 bedrooms and for studios. There is nothing available for 5/23 - 5/30 at BLT. Would you consider another resort?

I found the following available:

Saratoga Springs 2 bedroom - 185 points
Old Key West 2 bedroom - 185 points
Saratoga Springs Studio - 70 points (x 2)

That's all there is.
