vwl music?

Hi,
Late, late, late Friday night (5/14), I was half asleep while I was reading a thread where a poster mentioned that he was listening to a internet radio station that was playing music from the Wilderness Lodge Villas...
I was so sleepy I forgot to bookmark the thread (I was SURE I'd remember where I'd read it!!

Does any one know where this site might be?

Can't remember the site, but a poster here "ArnyV" has some self made CDs of the VWL music. If you PM him, he may be able to help you out.

the site was live365.com, and the station was mousehouse. I got on there, but they were not playing VWL music at the time!!

Every Wednesday and Friday night starting at 8pm central (9pm eastern and 6pm pacific) we will be playing about an hour and a half of the same music that is played at WL and VWL.

There is a link in my signature if ya need it.

Also.. just a FYI.. last Wednesday even though it was scheduled it didn't just start playing like it should have. We had to manually go and start it. Friday it worked fine.

We will be leave THIS FRIDAY for our WDW trip. I apologize now if there is another glitch. Hopefully we will have DHs work laptop with us and will be able to check it and make sure it is working right..but if it doesn't and we don't catch it.. it is because we are on our way "home" and we promise to get it all straightened out asap.

Could you either pm me or post where you purchased the VWL music (and other resort music if possible). I would LOVE to have it!!!

I've been listening to Mouse House Radio since last week. Caught the VWL music on Friday night and waxed nostalgic for awhile.

I truly appreciate this music as we have no trip to the World planned this year -- at least I can transport myself back thru Mouse House Radio .....

www.live365.com is the site

Once you are there it will prompt you as to music you prefer. Type in Disney, then go to mousehouse radio. It is a free service so you dont have to subscribe to live 365 to listen.

There are plenty of other Disney songs on this site and an added plus is the people who started it are fellow DISers and DVCers.

WL music comes on Wed and Fri nights from 9-10:30 pm, EST.

Dial up modem may be difficult to get it, but DSL and other high speed internet should be fine.

Mouse House Radio is great! And I'm not saying that just because I'm the first announcement you hear when you load the station!

LOL Ok seriously...the choice of music on the station is wonderful. Ian and Jen have spent lots of time and energy making sure the station captures the true spirit of Disney. Great job you two!

I've been in contact with Live365 due to the fact that I have a Mac and can't download the player, they've been very helpful and told me I could try Realplayer or Windows Media.
I'm going there right now to try and find Disney music.

Hi everyone

The wildernesslodge music is actually from several diferent CD's. If you have Mouse House playing, and the WL music is playing, click on "buy" and it will send you to where you can buy the CD that has that specific song. We tried to use the correct ID3 tags so it woulddo that for you. Altough, on the regulat Disney CD's, it doesn't work as well as on the WL ones.

I don't think you are able to download single songs directly from Live 365. Although I've never tried, soI could be wrong.

I'm not aware of any problem. Let me know if you are still having trouble, and I'll see what I can find out. I just checked the station and all seemed well.

Ian: it was back up and working today. Don't know what was up last night. May have been operator error!!!LOL! I do that all the time. Mouse House was not listed under Park hopper like it usually is. All is well now
