VWL for December 2006 pts needed

I have never done this before, but I have heard good things about renting points. I am interested in the Villas at Wilderness Lodge, 2 bedroom villa, for either of the following dates:

Sunday 12/3 - Thursday 12/7 (check out on Friday 12/8)
Sunday 12/10 - Thursday 12/14 (check out on Friday 12/15)

Total of 5 nights at 30pts/night for a total of 150 pts needed.

If I do this will I have all the same benefits as a regular hotel ressie? (ie. early park entry, transportation, etc?)

I would require a rental agreement (to protect both parties).
