VWL BRV Questions

I am trying to decide on AKV-K 1BR vs BRV STUDIO for 3 nights of our split stay (with BCV and PVB). We have never been to BRV. Tell me what you love about it! Pools, access to parks, dining, rooms, etc. We are a family of 5 with 3 little kids so a studio should be OK for only 3 nights. Trying to decide if the amenities/location of BRV is better than AKV-K despite the studio instead of a 1BR. Thanks!

You already have a MK resort and an EPCOT resort. My two cents is to go with the 1B at AKV. The amenities of the 1B are an order of magnitude above a studio. There's plenty for the kids to do at AKV. Save BRV for another trip (after the refurb).

Thanks! When is the BRV refurb scheduled? Is it a full refurb or just soft goods?
