VWL beach - views of the fireworks?

I've seen pictures of the beach at the Wilderness Lodge. Does anyone know where the beach is situated? Can you view the fireworks from the beach?

The beach faces over Bay lake looking towards Ft Wilderness. The beach is more in front of the VWL than the WL. For directional purposes, if you are standing on the beach looking out over the lake, then on a clock you are looking at 12 oclock. The Contemporary Resort would be at 9'oclock and MK would be around 8 oclock.

I would not expect that you would be able to see any of the fireworks because the WL would block some of your view and their are tall trees just beyond the WL that would block the rest of you view.

To see the fireworks from the WL you need to get up high to avoid the trees.

Wilderness Lodge (green roof) and Villas (red roof) are at the bottom center. The beach is the white strip along Bay Lake (another way to identify the beach is to look at the two Wilderness Lodge/Villas docks. The one to the upper left is the transportation boat dock; the one to the lower right is the marina, which is on the beach.

If you zoom in you can see the beach more clearly, but I left the map zoomed out a bit so you can see the relationship of the beach, lake and Magic Kingdom.
