Vultures above Hogwarts?

Is it true that there are real vultures flying above Hogwarts Castle? A friend of mine told me that she asked one of the tm about this when she noticed it and they confirmed her that they feed them regularly so that they wont go far away.

Probably will just be a winter thing, and not related to feeding. Turkey vultures migrate to Florida in the winter. They like certain buildings due to the way air currents rise. My guess is that the castle provides fairly good thermals (air currents that rise). In Miami, the vultures love the courthouse and are often circling it.

they are also there in the summer months ,as we see loads of them circling in the sky

Maybe there is a dead body buried under Hogwarts...

Seriously though, the turkey vultures are EVERYHWERE around here...I had a few perched in my backyard a few months ago on a day that eneded up being really bad...but in reality, they were after the dead racoon in the empty lot...

They're always hanging around my parent's neighborhood down in Miami. There's lots of ducks in that neighborhood so I guess they make a tasty meal after they die.
