VTS closure letter

Has anyone who has booked with the virgin travel store received a letter re: their closure? I know the info. I 've seen said they would write to everyone, but we've received nothing yet. Has anyone been "officially" told that VTS will be no more?

hi, the day the news came out I rang the virgin travelstore number and they confirmed over the telephone that they were closing down but as yet I have not received any letter either.

According to the forums on V-flyer they are winding down over the next few months. They are still taking bookings until they officially close.
