VS price increase for bonnet creek

So I got a quote for last year from them but decided to do onsite instead. Just got a quote for this year for exact same time and it is 400 more?! Has anyone else noticed their prices going up. They are definitely not the cheapest for our vacation dates.

the points have increase greatly - it is now as much as DVC - with RCI or probably wyndham - so don't think they had a choice - unless they wanted to lose money.

I was quoted exactly the same price for the last week of August last year as I was this year. This year was $120 higher but that was for one extra night.
I am not doubting what you were told at all, I just wonder why it's higher for you and not for me?

We are using Vacation Strategy for Bonnet Creek again this May 22nd to June 2nd. I got the same rate from our stay last year during the same time period plus a 5% return customer discount. Maybe just ask them if that is correct, could be an error. But on the other hand Bonnet Creek is becoming more popular with many dates already full months in advance. The rate may have actually gone up.

The points needed do not increase. I price per 1k points goes up each year. Sometimes very little but other times dramatically. One thing to keep in mind is that they sometimes offer discounts 60 days out and I don't see that this year.

i sent them another quote request last night to see if I was crazy and there is a four hundred dollar difference in the two quotes i got in the same day. i know it is february and prime season but one was 1400 and one was
1900 for exact same dates. weird!? it is for nine nights too.

The price of bonnet creek has been going up as more people learn about it, the economy improves, etc.

Unlike a Disney resort where the prices are controlled, with Bonnet Creek, it's pretty much whatever the market will dictate. Also, the earlier you book, the more you will pay.
