Vrbo Indian creek homes??

How legit is vrbo, for renting a home??.. Theres 2 on there i love but they seem to be both owned or management by the same person, also both are in indian creek which ive never heard of how far is that from disney & universal?? Thank you

We've rented from VRBO a couple of times, and this time we are renting in Indian Creek! I'd still say look at the reviews, and if there aren't any, ask lots of questions. Some times you can find reviews of the management co itself.

Indian Creek isn't gated, but it's a nice area. We stayed in Emerald Island last trip, and that's just up the street. I did a search on this site and found only good things about Indian Creek. We don't use the clubhouse or resort amenities anyway, so Indian Creek works for us.

Our family rented 2 houses next to each other in Indian Creek a few years ago. It was a very nice neighborhood, and only took about 10 minutes to reach MK, about 5 minutes to AK.

Indian Creek is in the same area as Windsor Hills and 7 or 8 other subdivisions. Very close to the Animal Kingdom side of Disney and within 2-10 min of any restaurant you can think of. We always go through VRBO and may have even rented from the person that you've mentioned. If you want to post the website I can tell you or send me a message.
It will take about 7 or 8 min. to get to the parking lot of Animal Kingdom but 15 ish to get to MK parking lot, then the shuttle and monorail to the gate. We allowed 45 min to get to rope drop at MK from WH and Indian Creek would be similar. About 10 -15 min to DHS and Epcot. Allow 30 min. to get to Universal, depends on traffic on I 4 and how slow they are at the parking tolls at Universal.

Yes it's the same guy that we went through for Five Stars House. He's from Quebec and did own a few homes in Indian Creek but sold all but one or two and does the bookings for a group of owners. The homes are very nice and recently updated. He's been on vrbo for many years.

We usually stay in Indian Creek but I rent from a friend who owns there. She is going to be using the house when we want to go so I need to look at others. Thanks for the link.
