VR on DCL??

Do you get the Annual passes if you do your vow renewal on DCL the same as you do if you do an escape package?? Are you able to have characters there too?

We are doing our vow renewal on the Disney Wonder in September. There is nothing in about AP's for this. The cost for this is only $1500 compared to the much higher prices of doing it at Disney. Probably why no AP's.
