Voucher ticket from Piqniq

Hi

My daughter has two vouchers for tickets for July but the second person is no longer going with her so she is taking her sister

The voucher says it’s non transferable but says about using a machine to exchange for a ticket

Has anyone used these and how would they be asked for ID by a machine ?

never used these tickets but to me "using a machine to exchange for a tickets" sounds like the voucher will be scanned and checked at the entrance turnstile by a CM and the voucher will be taken by the CM and the CM will print out the actual ticket from their machine. Im guessing the names of the people are printed on the vouchers, so the CM would ask for ID to check that the names on the vouchers match the two people who are standing in front of them
