Hi - I've been a lurker for awhile - THANKS for all of the great tips! :goodvibes

I'm hoping you can help me figure this out...

We are going to WDW this weekend (YES!!!) and may have a slight problem. Everything is has been booked through GOGO tours. All of our names are on the hotel voucher but just my dads name is on the park hopper voucher.

My mom just was admitted into the hospital :guilty: and we are not sure if my dad will end up being able to go. We don't really want to spend the extra money to get new vouchers fedex'd at this late date. DO you think we will have a problem checking in or getting our park hopper passes if Dad ends up not being able to make it? :confused3

THanks so much in advance for your advise! :wizard:

I'd call Disney directly and ask them. The travel documents that you get directly from Disney show all of the people on the reservation (everyone gets assigned a number) and then it lists all of your travel features (like park tickets, hotel rooms etc) and which numbers (i.e. people) get that feature. If it were Disney Travel Co documents, I don't see where they would give you a hard time, but since it was booked through another travel co. who knows?

Are you sure you have park hopper 'vouchers' - I've never heard of anyone getting a voucher for plain park hopper tickets. Park hoppers aren't activated until the first day you use them, so no need to get a voucher, why would they give you one?

Gogo does not send out the Disney vouchers. They are vouchers that they created inhouse. Call the TA you went through to book the trip, they should be able to call Gogo and get clarification. All you really need to know is who the lead name is on the reservation. That should be it. If this is a package it should be in Disney's system as so. The vouchers are just a formality.

Thanks! I have a "voucher" from GOGO with a barcode and the hotel reservations and a "voucher" from GOGO with the # of park hopper passes we paid for. I'm sure that you are correct plutolovr and that these are really just a formality. Now sure if they just scanned them when we get to Disney or if they are mearly a form of receipt for us. :Pinkbounc THREE MORE DAYS :Pinkbounc :wizard:
