Voucher printing broken?

So far, all has gone smoothly with GAD experience. Signed up for Linus project. Made blankets, sent them in, got email saying we get the vouchers, went to the website and chose to get the vouchers rather than donate them. The final step is to click on "print vouchers" and when I do that, I get a blank white screen. I have tried fivve times all with the same result. I guess I am going to try again tomorrow but I was wondering if any of you have had this experience. Also, does anyone know a phone number for the GAD program that I could call if this situation does not resolve tomorrow.

I tried downloading the latest version of Adobe Reader. Still didn't work. All other pdfs are working for me except this so it must be the Disney server???

I also tried shutting off my pop up blocker and all internet security. That didn't work, either.

It's not working for me either...must be the Disney server.

Blank white screen for me, too. I have updated Adobe installed, no pop-up blockers on, etc... All other items printed fine, but sadly no voucher.

Worked for me too! I was ever so relieved to see donald's image pop up on my screen. One less bit of trip preparation to take care of before we leave.

I experienced problems as well and there appears to be two issues:

1. Sometimes the servers are not working and the solution is to try back later.
2. Make sure you don't have pop ups blocked. You should get a security warning from Windows and you need to accept the pop up.

I have tried since the 4th of Feb to print, no matter what time of day or night, I get NOTHING. I emailed Disney, got the standard "We are having some problems, try again later". I have till April 8th to print it but come on, can they ever realize that popular programs will overload servers?

The site has also had issues with browser compatibility. Lots of reports of people not even being able to sign up using some browsers. Firefox seems to have worked all along.

I use Firefox and IE, neither one brings up the print window.

We also had difficulty printing our vouchers. Try using a different computer. Also, it took us about ten minutes to actually print each voucher.
