Voter Turn-out in your area?

DH just got back from voting (I voted earlier). He was #617, there are/were 700 registered voters in our precinct. We can register at the polls in MN so there were many people registering today too (there were 5 there when I voted). How is the turn-out in your area so far? They are predicting 80% nationally--MN usually comes in around that normally (upper 70's usually).

The turnout at my local district was crazy! There were more people than ever before, it was really cool to see.

Several hours ago I got a e-mail from a friend in Alexandria VA. Her husband is a poll worker there and said by 5:00 they had 3300 of 3700 registered voters.

Not sure how many voters there are in my district but I was #364. DH when he went in just before polls closed was #443 and that was over 3 hours after I voted. He said when he votes he is usually in the 200's (and he votes late all the time). I'm usually in the high hundreds when I vote. So it maybe doubled.

Is there a way to find out how many are registered in your precinct? The turnout here seemed as big as I've ever seen it but DH and I were only #671 and #672.
