We are looking for a limo company that can do the following:

1. Pick up 4 adults and 2 children (4,3) at Orlando airport and bring us to Shades of green on a Friday afternoon prior to the cruise. VERY IMPORTANT:...we would like them to provide the carseats!

2. Pick up the above party at SOG and drop us at the port on Sunday morning at like 10:30

3. Pick us up at the port and drop us at airport on Thursday morning...with carseats each trip.

OK...who can do this for us?....reasonably and reliably...start tooting some horns everyone!

Just wanted to tell our experience during Hurricane Jeanne this past Sept..

We had reserved (no charge) Greyhound Transportation for our party of 11 at MCO to Cocoa Beach, and then TO pick us up at the Port back to MCO after the cruise. We taxied it to the port the day of the cruise, although our hotel had a shuttle, I like to be there Early Early!!!

They were ready and waiting for us even though our flight was delayed 1 hour, and put all the luggage in the extra wagon. THey had our car seat, as well as booster seat, and we stopped for a grocery pitstop (no extra $).

Now for the fun.... Seeing as we docked a night early in a haywire situation the Friday night instead of the Saturday when they would have been waiting for us.... DCL put us up at the Swan so there was no need for transportation there, but the next morning we were hit with the closing of airports, cancellations of flights, and much much more. After calling the number for Greyhound, they gave us the cellular phone number of our driver!! Which I thought was outstanding, and we called the poor guy a dozen times at least with time changes and different airports we were changing to due to flights.... THey were amazing with us... I would use them, and will use them again in a heartbeat.....

FL Tours is #1 in my book. We've used them several times. They are always ontime...clean, courteous, they will have sodas or juice in the car waiting for you, stop at a store if you need to (and you don't have to pre-request the stop). We missed our flight one time, on the way to Florida....I called them and there they were, waiting for us when we got off the next flight, several hours later.
We've also done exactly what you're doing, without any confusion on their part. Airport, hotel one night, port, airport. I think their prices are the best too.
With all the people they see, I don't know how our driver manages to remember us. When he came to pick us up after the 10 night cruise, he recognized us in the crowd!

We used Southern Elegance this past December and we were very, very pleased with their service. We did a stretch limo from the port to Beach Club and then a town car the next day from Beach Club to the airport. We did not have the same driver both times, but they worked closely together. We had left something in the limo by mistake and that driver passed it off to our towncar driver to get it back to us.

Both vehicles were very clean and both drivers very personable and professional. I highly recommend them.

george has been our driver each trip and wouldn't even let us touch our luggage
for a $5.00 charge you could have a car seat- the limo came with a giant disney character to keep your child company, you can request a movie to be playing, free grocery stop & free chilled pop in the limo

i have recommended them to family and friends due to the exceptional service and reasonable price

A hugh vote for Golden Limo! Jim doesn't treat you like a customer, with him you're family! He's always on time, friendly, knowledgeable, and fun! I recommended him to some friends and he called me while they were in the car and thanked me and let them talk to me on his cell! I real class act!

Another vote for Southern Elegance....Friendly, very professional and courteous, NICE limos (ours was less than a month old...actually I think it was less than two weeks)...Goof rates, great comunication before the trip...free grocery stop if needed...complimentary beverages...great ast with luggage.

I too have to agree that Southern Elegence is a great company. We used them this past November and we extremely pleased with th service. Very friendly, courteous and polite. I called several times to make a few changes and they were more than helpful and kind. They really go out of their way to please their customers and it shows. I will be using them again this December.

Had a great experience with FL Tours - we had 9 individual legs for 16 people on varying days involving trips from MCO - Port, Port - WDW, WDW - MCO, and MCO - WDW, with only two of those legs comprising a simple "round trip" with the same number of people both ways! Vehicles we used included town cars, a limo, and a 10-pax van! So, I can say we pretty much sampled everything they had to offer, all in a 14-day period!

They were great and negotiated a very good price. Car seats/boosters were included and were not an extra fee - and neither were any tolls, etc. Some of the companies will charge you extra for the tolls, and for the car seats, so no matter who you go with, verify the full, inclusive price.

Jimmy from Golden Limo And ONLY Jimmy. We have used him for years and he does treat you like family!!!!!! During the first hurricane this past year we called him to tell him our flights were changed and that it was mandatory to stay in the hotel that night the hurricane was to hit Orlando, He was going to come get us and take us to his house so that our girls wouldn't be as afraid!!!!! I can't sing his praises high enough. We LOVE him and going to WDW or a cruise without him driving us is unthinkable!!!!! I have used other companies before I found Jimmy and the level of service was not there repeatedly. I always give someone a second chance but when you aren't picked up on time(or at all) and miss your flight not once but twice, it is time to change. You won't have to worry about that with Jimmy because he is First Class all the way!!!

Tiffany Towncar by far #1.

All of the drivers are very professional and meet you at the airport and the port. The cars are roomy, and very comfortable. They will stop at grocery stores (Publix, etc) for you to pick up water, booze, etc, for your trip, and there is no extra change. They also have a coupon on their website for a discount (http://www.tiffanytowncar.com)

Last time we went we had Krisztina for our driver who drives a big black ford excursion (and you still pay the regular rate!) -- Very comfortable ride and she was great to talk to. Plus, their rates are the cheapest I've seen.

I have to tell you with all of the unsettling advice about Happy Limo that was on this board a while back I was a little concerned since we had booked them to pick us up at the airport and take us to the CBR at WDW and then pick us up at CBR and take us to Port Canaveral and then pick us up at Port Canaveral and take us to the airport. Well I would not go any other way. They were great, they were on time at the airport the driver was nice then when the driver picked us up at the CBR to take us to Port Canaveral he was waiting at the Custom House when our shuttle driver dropped us off we just took our luggage from the shuttle and put it in the trunk while my DH checked us out and then proceeded to Port Canaveral. We were on the 1/8 cruise which had an incident at the port, upon arrival he walked our luggage (of which there was a ton) over to the area where all of the passengers could wait, he was so nice. Then when the driver picked us up at the port he was right there and he had a stretch limo since there were a lot of pick ups that day. He took my husband aside and asked if that would be a problem!!!! It was a great way to end a fun trip and I would recommend Happy Limo to anyone.

I am thinking about booking a towncar for the first time for our upcoming cruise. What times would you recommend for pickups? We fly in the night before and will be staying at an airport-area hotel, and will also need to give a pickup time for when we get off the ship. Also, have you found the towncars to have enough luggage space? We will be a family of four, and although I try not to go crazy, I can't say that we are the lightest packers. Planning on booking with FL Tours, got the best rate there. Any advice is appreciated, thanks.

is the one that has gotten my repeat business after tring a few(Happy limo,Cartier and Tiffany). Please note that the other companys mentioned gave fine service but i like the towncars,the price and the quickier replies to my emails from SE and they were on time if not early for all four of our pickup times.
