Does the view from Poly and convience of transportation make up for it not appearing as exciting as AKL or WL?

WL looks so much more "themed", but I read so many horror stories of transportation since I found this site. And AKL seems like the poor neglected step-sister with only buses. But I'd love the animal theme.

I know the kids would be happy anywhere that had a cool pool so any of the three would be good and nicer I'm sure than POR where we planed to spend thae majority of our trip before the FTP came out.

What is really the difference between riding the monorail or a bus. If I walk out and board a bus or monorail, what is the difference? At AKL, we were at AK in 5 minutes, Epcot and MGM in 10, and MK in 15 . I liked the fact that we didn't make any stops at all. Even on the monorail, you stop at each resort. How long does it take to get from TTC to Epcot via the monorail?
