Volunteer Status in Pending Verification

I volunteered at a local mission that runs a free store in my city about 10 days ago and my Volunteer Activity Status is still in "Pending Verification." Does this mean the volunteer coordinator hasn't verified that I completed my opportunity with the Hands-On Network yet? I know Disney said you may have to wait up to 2 weeks to receive your voucher, but I didn't know if there was any "timeline" for being verified. I guess I just didn't know how long I should wait before contacting the volunteer coordinator. Any suggestions?

See the email Disney sent you prior to you volunteering, it should have your coordinator's name, email and possibly phone number. I would get in touch with them to confirm they verified you. They are suppose to do it within 72 hours of you volunteering but they have to wait 24 hours after the activity before being able to verify. I did beach cleanup and DBF did a food drive. We each got ours exactly 1 week after volunteering.

Thanks for the advice! I e-mailed the contact person and she said that the director who does the verifying has been out all week but it should get verified sometime this coming week.
