I'm looking into getting a 2nd Mac for our upcoming Disney trip. We have a Quest and love it. I don't need another stroller for the malls or anything so this would be strictly a Disney purchase and perhaps to zoo's etc during the year.

I have tall boys. DS5 is 46". Would he fit in a Volo w/ the shade up? I seem to recall trying him in one and it was too short for him over a yr ago. He can ride in the Quest but I'm just thinking about the future when DS2 grows up..he's tall too.

Anyone have a tall kid w/ a Volo? Have any pictures??

Thanks!!

i just posted on the other thread but then saw this one...

i just tried my DD (almost 4) out in the volo we just got. for comparison-- she's 40" and she seems to have about 5-6" above her head from the sunshade. (of course that would vary depending on the childs torso and not just their overall height... she seems to have a longer body and shorter legs) her knees are not raised at all.

it's worth trying again if you want one.
i just bought two on ebay for $57 +shipping each. the price at babies r us is $129, so i thought that wasnt bad. if you look at the pictures the volo has a flat/square shade and the triumph has a rounded one, so you may be right-the shade may actually be taller in the triumph.

I just bought this for Disney for my 7 year old DD who is 48" and it great for her.
