We're going in October (50days hee hee) and needing another stroller for DS4. We've got the Techno for the baby.

I looked at all 3 today and cannot decide. The Volo canopy does not seem adjustable (up/down) as the others are and DS only had about 2 inches under the sun shade so that one may be out. I love the lightweight and shoulder strap. I like the 2006 version w/ the solid seat bottom and low back versus the all mesh. 8.6bs

Triumph: seemed like it had a more shallow seat. maybe just 1/2-1 inch but I can't find any # stats on that fact anywhere. Still lightweight, has better wheels, taller shade, has shoulder strap. Difficult recline to change position for probably not an issue w/ a 4yr old. (11lbs)

Quest: slightly deeper seat, slightly taller back (?), has a window, no shoulder strap, cushier all around. same bigger wheels as Triumph. (12.2lbs)

Any opinions on what models you've like w/ a bigger kid. He's 42inches tall and 42#'s

DS4's smiley picks: pirate: :grouphug: :moped: :hourglass :badpc: :wave2: :dance3: :bounce: :Pinkbounc :bride: :rotfl2: :rotfl:

My ds (4)is 45 inches tall and we have a quest. The seat is deeper and he was more comfortable in the quest than any other mac. He tried them himself and kept going back to the quest. princess:

Another vote for the quest (quest mod actually) it is bigger and a bit more comfy.

Another vote for the Quest. DS is 5 1/2, 48 lbs and 48" tall, he has to remember to put his feet on the foot rest, but otherwise he has no complaints and says he's comfortable.

We just bought the Quest this summer and DS18months LOVES it. We enjoy the way we can fold out the leg support for when he is reclining. Also, love the window so I can see him.

Basket is small, but I think that is the same on the other models.

I bought the Triumph.

DD tried the Volo, Triumph and Quest and loved the Triumph the best. Though she is 2 1/2, 25 pounds and 36 inches tall.

But she won't be in it that much longer, already doesn't want to ride in it sometime. So I really didn't want to invest the extra $40.00-50.00 the Quest would have cost me.

I would rule out the Volo for sure.

Triumph and Quest seem so similar to me. I'm going with the Quest personally b/c I like how the seat seems a bit more cushioned.

We went with the Quest Sport and have been very pleased with our choice.

We've used a triumph over the past 2 years and I find it nice and light. Bought it when ds was 19 months and it reclined for a sleep which was what we needed and it sits nicely. He's been flung out of it just now and we'll use it to DLP in October but after that I'll probably freecycle it.

Another vote for the Quest. My ds is almost 2 and we use it for quick in and outs.
We take our P3 to WDW because ds will sleep in it :cool1:

I have the Quest mod. Love it. Although it tips backwards if I have too much on the handlebars when DD gets out of it!
