Volcano dessert at Poly luau

Can anyone tell me what the volcano dessert is made out of? DH wants to know but I can't find the answer. TIA.

I'm not sure. It is sort of a raspberry chocolate thing. It isn't as good as it would seem at least in my opinio.

It has been years since we have had it, but it is like a chocolate pudding/mouse formed into a pyramid shape. It was not good. In fact, that was our conclusion for all the food---not good. We have been several times because we enjoyed the show.

It looks like spam to me!!! I have never seen a picture where those things look good. I want to try the Luau someday, but those desserts scare me away!

Agree on the dessert. It's like a mousse/gelatin type thing - but I also didn't think it tasted very good. Or just didn't taste like much.
