Volcano bay blockout dates removed from Annual Passes

I just read that the blockout dates have been removed for the annual passes for volcano bay. Previously I was only going to be able to go in at 4pm. Does this mean that Volcano bay will be not too busy when we go? Do we need to rush first thing in the morning like we did last year?

I take back my earlier post - I also found info about blockout removal. Seasonal passes still have the same dates as before
We have had our best success going first thing in the morning - but I don't know if their blockout change is based on anticipated crowds.
