Aye ya wee VMK'er's, to celebrate St. Patty's Day VMK HOST will be roamin' the Kingdom dressed up as Lucky Leprechauns (and looking pots o' gold, no doubt)! Are ya feelin' lucky? Then catch one of the HOST for a bit o' VMK's treasure!

Here's how it works: When players see a VMK HOST in a public room dressed like a Leprechaun, the first player to shout "I've caught a Lucky Leprechaun!" wins a great green gift! This happens all day on Saint Patrick's Day!

Prizes awarded are VMK HOST determination. Include Pirate Treasure Chest Green, Pirate Throne Green, Pirate Player Piano Green and Buried in Treasure Magic (Single Use).

I mean like host ears. Not the Santa looking hat. I highly doubt they'd sell them or give the out as a prize but I still want them. lol

That is a lot to type for some. It is going to be a few upset/jealous kids around the Kingdom on Monday. I think the prizes are ok for this reason alone.

I don't think VMK will release the Green Ears since they are related to HOST's.
We would see players going around saying they were staff and get new players comfussed and what not.


And the prizes for this Catch the Leprechauns aren't so great. I'm going to leave it to the kids to find the Leprechaun HOST's.

Nice to see staff back in their green ears! Games like this bring back memories of VMK before there were HOSTs...

For the prizes, I would rather it have been a super-rare Pot of Gold Pin, where the only way to get it was through this game.

What a cute idea! That should be fun! The prizes are minor enough that winning or not winning isn't that big of a deal, which means it's mainly a chance for the hosts to hang out and goof off a little with players, without anyone stressing too much about whether or not they can type fast enough to get the words out. If the prizes were any better, people would just be sitting silently in rooms with the 'phrase that pays' pre-loaded in their chat bar, ready to click enter should a host come by.

So cool. I'll be there. Thumbs up!
