I asked him two questions. The first was, how long will the river stuff be here? The second, how long will the Christmas stuff be here?

Good to know I didn't expect the Christmas (Holiday) things to stay out past the holidays (Then again, it is December 12 and the Halloween things just left the premisis LOL) Glad to hear the river things will be out for good. Now I don't have to "Mass Mule" (quoted by Diz-Wiz) to earn enough credits in order to buy the river in time of a deadline.
