VMK Trading Card Game

OMGosh... I soo.. want all these Items to be released!! They all look so awesome!!

The Game is great also!! :)

A few more images .. it's hard to focus on the game when you want to see all the pics on the cards :lmao:

You just KNOW if I ever got this magic, I'd be running around VMK yelling,
"Land Shark!" :rotfl2: I'd probably set up a Monster's Inc door in my
room and tell people to "answer the door".

And I noticed something else...

The Mr. Toad vehicle looks like it has DesertCat driving it. :thumbsup2

And I noticed something ELSE...

There was a card of the "forgotten attractions" pins...
And they look just like the pins displayed in the VMK Gallery!
I haven't taken screen shots of either, but I wanted to point them out so
others can compare the pins. :)

Omg figment hat.

Maybe VMK isnt on its last legs!

Here we have *some* hope of new items! :)

Sorry, I just don't get the joke - maybe before my time. :confused3 :rotfl2:

These items are awesome! They should of had those nemo items last month, we really didn't see much nemo stuff for nemo month. :sad2:
Did anyone see the tower of terror lightning magic? That was awesome! I want that one now.

I'm sure most of you realize this already, but just to be safe, I'd like to remind everybody that it was never stated that we see ANY of these items on VMK ever. So just don't get your hopes up.

It would be almost impossible not to get your hopes up. Maybe they won't be given as prizes in the game .. but they might be available some time in the future :goodvibes

I predict these items will be obtained the same way the current pirate quest stuff is obtained. I think they will find a way to sell the cards/codes in the parks packaged with other items, be it pins, shirts, mugs, or other merchandise. It would not surprise me if this is the start at what would be aimed at starting VMK as a pay to play game (much like the pirate pin sets they currently sell.)

Wow. I just got back from a baseball game out of town to discover the game was up. Why is it something fun always happens when I'm gone? Maybe I should go away more often, and we'll get more fun things. :rotfl2:

I would love to see pretty much all of that released. Oh gosh, though, I can just imagine it being like the POTC2 game again where you enter 10 billion codes and still may or may not get the "big" stuff. I think I'd go cry in a corner if I had to suffer through that experience again for all of this stuff. :headache: I wish they would sell card packs at a reasonable price. That would be lovely. Or make it fairly reasonable to obtain for free. Here's hoping we actually at least see some of this in game. Especially the ToT and Stitch stuff.

And am I the only one who is :rotfl: :lmao: :rotfl2: at the sight of the Test Track "hat"? :rotfl:

Hey folks, did anyone notice what the card on the main page of the game says in tiny tiny font at the bottom? The one that says VMK Trading Card Game: Basic. I saw mention of this elsewhere and went to check it out myself. Sure enough, it does indeed say "Scratch off to reveal your secret code." And then below that it says something about going to VMK.com to unlock the magic and claim your virtual prize.

This thus means (unless it's an odd ruse), that these cards (or at least some of them) have to have real-life card counterparts. And seemingly you won't know what you have until you enter the code, unless the scratch off feature is just there so people will know whether the code was used or not.

Thoughts, speculations?

I disagree, why would you play this card game if there was nothing in it in return.

I am not disagreeing that VMK will not start selling card packs with a few codes etc at the parks or other VMK merchandising schemes( YAY! by the way...I have said from day 1 we needed VMK trading cards...maybe this is a step in that direction)

What I am saying is I can not see them adding this game with no reward.

I also LOVE the TOT stuff, it is so very cool and the MrToad's Magic looks fun too.

also just want to point out that scratching off can be done in the virtual world also. Not that they are not real just pointing that out.
