VMK Technical Trouble?

Might not be bad to keep a thread like this around...

In any case, I've been having trouble getting in the last two nights from my G4 iMac. Safari displays the VMK logo after logging in, then goes blank. The Activity window says the following can't be found:

download,virtualmagickingdom,com##client_u1_b2_3##external_texts.txt

(URL modified to allow identification of file and path)

Firefox just goes black, but appears to be trying to reach download,virtualmagickingdom,com... as well.

I did finally get in with Safari, but only after many tries. I'm up to date with Shockwave and am running OS 10.3.9. Only way in which I'm sub-par with requirements is that I'm only running a 1.25 MHz machine, but don't think that should affect my ability to get in.

Anybody else seeing this issue? Other Mac issues? Any ideas? Any experience getting a response from Disney on technical stuff?

I have not been having any problems lately except this:

I got another new error today....anyone else got this one yet?

It fully loads, but, I can see programming 'lingo' all over and I can't see people's typing. Weird!

I have benn using it on firefox for about a month and it has been working fine untill a little while ago i log in and it shows the logo but then i get a black screen i tried down loading some shockwve that it told me to but that didnt download and i dont have Internet Explorer anymore

I've also seen error 4836 and the accmpanying garbage text. If i hit "reload" Safari crahses. However, after restarting I do finally get in, although it loads VERY slowly. Still, it's about the only way I can get in right now, and once I'm in I'm okay. Still bugged about Firefox not working (same problem I think, just can't get past it like Safari) and overall how hard it's been to get in.

So hard that my DDs gave up trying to play today, their last day of summer vacation. :-(

As other note, there seem to be no replies from VMK staff. (Too busy banning CLs, I guess.)

I can not get into the Kingdon with any browser. It has been like this for 3 days now.
I have tried Firefox, Netscape and Internet Explorer.. I have reinstalled shockwave, cleared my cache and deleted cookies...no luck at all..

I just keep getting the black screen...

Any suggestions??
