I have tried so many times it is not even funny! I saw that it said 8000 ppl, that is crazy. I guess they can only let so many of us in at a time, but i really need to get in and ride those rides! Gl to everyone trying to get in! I will keep trying!!!

Well, I just got home from work not too long ago, and I'm sad to say I'm part
of the "I can't get into VMK" crowd.

No rugs for us, then.

I've got one of two for you Briar if this keeps up. I spent most of the day running around to the school, the doctor, and listening to a screaming kid that she DOESN'T have strep throat and can go sleep over at her friend's as planned, but I did log on for a while during the day.

Ok I don't think it is working normally. I just got off the pan ride after logging back on and got, you will never believe this 2 magic pins. I almost fell off the chair!! Wow finally an error in my favor!!!

But alas, both the Peter Pan ride and the Alice ride aren't loading for Pirate. That dratted "Loading Items" bar again.

This would have been better in guest rooms, as opposed to public rooms.

I have a question...

If this is so bad and like it's all vmk fault, why even still play this game?

Every, every time there is a ride a thon or an event we know that is going to crash this game, a thread just like this pops up. That everytime vmk crashes, people are like oh lets go burn down vmk, like I need these ride pieces or I am going to die or something... then when vmk opens, ooo vmk is open, lets worship it like it's the only important thing in the world. The game crashes, what can be done? Let me put a that word out there again... GAME... It's a just Game!!!!!!!!

My daughter & I were finally able to get on, pick up our Pinnochio pins and ride a few times to pick up some rugs. Now things are getting glitchy again (we try to hop on the rides and are bumped back to logging in, can't type messages) so I think we should just log off for the evening.

OMG it just happened again. First I got 2 magic pins getting off Pan ride. Then as soon as I paid my ten credits to ride again I got another one, this time with a message. VMK is haunted or something!

Just to put the ride a thon in perspective,

VMK was only down for an hour as oppossed to 3 or 4 hours that use to happen during sunday quests

there are still 2 more days of the ride a thon evenif they are different prizes

You dont have to wait 30 minutes between rides like the gingerbread rid e a thon

A few room waits of 10 people as opposed to 800 + waits in the past

Using an established ride as opposed to the mazes that some people just cant walk through.

A nice little bonus perk thrown in with the magic pin.


With all those things going for it , I have to say this is the BEST ride a thon VMK and staff has ever made. CONGRATS and Job well done staff!!!!

I have to vote for good ride a thon! Those long waits before - it was tough. I like the dark rides. Yes I also dc'd earlier. And didn't get home from work until late - and late in VMK time.

I agree with Gnome - pretty good ride a thon! (But not perfect).

I 100% agree, I have no idea why people are complaining, I really like this a lot more than normal Ride-A-Thons.
