Actually since they are on Imagineering backers I would guess they are going to be sold at Mickey's of Glendale cast member store. I wouldn't bet you'd find any of these on a cast lanyard.

Those are great! Would anyone know if all Cast members would have them, as in all Disney Parks? Or are they limited to certain Parks?

I am going down to WDW this summer so would the Cast Members down there have them also? If anyone would know, info would be great!

I don't think you will see these in the parks, sorry to dissapoint you . They are only sold at Mickey's of Glendales in California to Cast Members. It is a limited edition of 300 and Cast Members are unable to buy more than two. Your best bet will be E-Bay.
