VMK Newbie - Help me figure it all out...

So I figured I spend so much time on the dis that I would have time to play a little of this game as well to keep my mind occupied. So I went there and was playing some things, like the jungle cruise. HM and other little games.
But what I don't get is what else there is to do.

Fill me in?

What am I supposed to be doing. How do I get all this gear. What am I missing?

Hi and Welcome to the VMK Boards. Also, welcome to the fun of VMK. Above in a sticky you will find a VMK Players Guide. That is a great tool. Gives you the ins and outs. Obtaining the gear can be tricky, usually involves trading and an idea of general value of an item. Dont hesitate to ask questions.

Welcome to VMK! Basically what people do on VMK is meet other people and talk to friends while also earning credits (via games and whatnot) to buy items. It's basically just a virtual world where you can spend time with great people (well, some are great, LOL). It's more than just any ol' chatroom or anything like that because you're in a world of Disney and you can do things like express yourself through the different clothes your character can wear (lots of things that many of us probably wouldn't wear in real life!). Also, some people spend a lot of time designing their rooms. I see VMK as a place to just take a step away from the "real world" and enjoy the little bit of Disney that I can have without actually being in Florida or Cali. Find some of us DISers and make some friends! It will definitely get you to keep signing on night after night!
